for Rishikesh, on arrival late Afternoon & Transfer to Hotel, in evening after Fresh visit sightseeing Laxman Jhula, 450 feet hanging iron Bridge over the mighty Ganges. Next in line is Bharat Mandir, an ancient temple established by Adiguru Shankaracharya. After this continue towards the meeting point of River Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswathi, the Triveni Ghat. It is also one of the most revered sacred bathing spots in Rishikesh for seeking salvation. The last visit of the day is to Trayambakeshwar temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. Joshimath: Adi Guru Shankaracharya, who came all the way from Kerels in the 8th Century A.D, perform penance under a tree here and after getting enlightenment, established a Math (religious centre), known as “Joshimath”. The name Joshimath is derived from it. Temple of Narsingh and Nav Durga are located here.

Gurudwara Hemkund Shaib: This imposing star-shaped structure of stone and concrete masonry is one the shores of the lake. An outlet behind the Gurudwara is source of the Lakshman Ganga.
